The 90 point Santa Ema Merlot price just got better!

Santa Ema Merlot 2007, Chile-Robert Parker gives this great value 90 points and says, “If all Merlots offered this much pleasure, Pinot Noir would never have become so popular.”  We bought a bunch, and the price is unbelievable.

On sale for $9.99, which means if you buy six or more (or mix and match with other wines) the price comes down to $8.99.  On top of that, there is a $2 mail-in rebate good for up to 12 bottles of the Santa Ema Merlot which brings your net bottle cost to $6.99 a bottle!  Now that’s a deal worth buying buy the case and sticking it in your basement or cellar.

Blue Pirate Pinot Gris 2008, Oregon-We sampled with aromas of red apple and pear with a hint of vanilla.  A touch of sweetness on the tip of the tongue followed by crisp, refreshing acidity.  Again, another American Pinot Gris that beats many of the comparably priced wines coming in from Italy.  Reg $11.99.  Sale $10.49!
